Returns at Q1905

1. Check & pack your return

Make sure the items are undamaged, with labels attached and in the original packaging. Add the return form inside the box.

2. Purchase return label

Always via our fulfillment partner Monta. Buy your return label here. Other shipping methods are at your own risk.

3. Register your return

Do you have a Q1905 account? Register your return in your account for faster processing.

4. Send your package

Drop off the package at DHL or PostNL. Keep the shipping receipt.

5. Refund

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your order.

Exchange

Would you like to exchange an item? Please send an email to [email protected] with your exchange details so we can assist you with the process.

Note regarding promotions

If you order two or more items during a promotion and return (part of) that order so that the promotion conditions no longer apply, the discount will also no longer apply. This will be automatically adjusted and shown on your credit note.

Example:

You order 2 pairs of sneakers at €79 each in a "2 for €129" promotion. You pay €129 instead of €158.

If you return one pair of sneakers, we will not credit €64.50 but €50 (€129 - €79). In that case, you will pay €79 for the pair of sneakers you kept. 

Warranty

We do everything we can to ensure the quality of our products. All our products come with a 6-month warranty. If a defect occurs within this period, please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist you. Even if a defect occurs after the 6-month period, we are happy to take a look and help find a suitable solution.
