Returns Policy

 

In addition to European Legislation, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a refund (new collection only) or to exchange it for a different size or color. We will refund the item at the price you purchased it. You will receive your refund directly after receipt of your return.

• The items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging.
  All goods will be inspected on return. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
  
  
• Make sure you enclose the “Delivery and Returns Note”. Complete the form with at least
  the order date, order number and the description of the item(s) you are returning.
  Otherwise we won’t be able to match the return to your details.
  
  
• The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
  Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
  
  
• Returning costs are to be borne by the customer. You can choose your own postal carrier.
  However, we strongly recommend you retain proof of postage.
  
  
• In case we are unable to send you the exchange requested we will automatically refund you
  and let you know by email.
